IT Infrastructure Administrator
Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of VMware, Windows, Linux, and storage solutions. This role involves monitoring and maintaining infrastructure, managing storage, and ensuring system efficiency. The position offers hands-on experience with various technologies and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor VMware infrastructure to ensure high performance, availability, and security.
- Perform server and storage updates and upgrades as needed.
- Build and configure Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Manage EMC storage, including capacity planning and troubleshooting.
- Work with HP Synergy for server management and provisioning.
- Assist with managing infrastructure platforms, including databases, Microsoft Enterprise Configuration Manager, and Intune.
- Handle incidents and request tickets in ServiceNow.
