No set pay rate for this role (will be flexible depending on the job market / candidate expectations). Overtime is paid at 1.5x over 40 hours).

- This role will include 7 paid holidays and 5 days PTO (PTO accrues over time). There will be significantly more PTO when going direct hire.
Job Description:
HRU Technical Resources has partnered with an American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and distributes engines, filtration, and power generation products to hire a Supply Chain Project Manager. In this role, you will plan, direct, or coordinate activities in fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, product roll-outs, or any other non-IT-based projects. This role requires technical knowledge of production processes and engineering technology.
Responsibilities / Job Duties:
- Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to achieve goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.
- Confer with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review, recommend, and approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Expert ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques to maximize manufacturing and distribution efficiency.
- Strong understanding of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and similar software.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Associate’s degree may be considered with extensive experience.
- Six Sigma Certification and Supply Chain Apex Certification are a plus.
- Manufacturing and Recon experience is a plus.
- 10 years of experience required.
- Experience leading or managing in Supply Chain roles is highly valued.
Work Environment / Other Info:
- This is a 1st (day) shift role – Monday to Friday.
- This will be an on site role (no remote / hybrid work).
- There may be occasional overtime (although not frequent). Any overtime will be paid at 1.5x.
- You will need to pass a background check and drug screen (including cannabis) for this role.
