Overview
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage our company's overall supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business goals
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and distribution teams to ensure optimal supply chain performance
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives
- Utilize SAP ERP or Oracle EBS for supply chain management activities
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve supply chain issues promptly
- Implement logistics strategies to minimize costs and enhance efficiency
Skills
- Proficiency in supply chain management principles and practices
- Experience with SAP ERP or Oracle EBS is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to fabricate data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis purposes
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen
- Excellent understanding of logistics and procurement processes
- Ability to identify and address supply chain bottlenecks effectively
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
