HRV Conformance Verifications Associates, Inc. (HRV), an industry leader in materials quality assurance and quality control inspection, coatings inspection, construction management and construction inspection. HRV is seeking a full-time accounting clerk to assist HRV’s accounting staff with general accounting functions such as invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and plan tasks
- Ability to process and maintain sensitivities toward confidential information
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Contribute as a team player
- Punctuality
Education/Background:
- Associates/Technical Degree or higher preferred
- 3 years of accounting experience; previous work experience in a highly technical industry is a plus
- OR an equivalent combination of practical experience and education
- Experience in Unanet a plus, but not a requirement
