This is a full-time, fully onsite opportunity. POSITION SUMMARY :
The HR Consultant is responsible for delivering HR leadership, guidance, and day-to-day support for small to mid-size client companies. This role involves interpreting and administering policies, providing professional recommendations, and assessing risks to ensure clients make informed decisions. In this role, the Consultant plans and carries out policies relating to all phases of human resources activity for our clients by utilizing expertise in a variety of areas, including :
- Data Tracking and Record-Keeping
- Benefits and Leave Administration
- Regulatory Compliance and Safety
