What will you do? This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that is responsible for supporting the Company by administering various HR needs, serving as a front-line support role with our clients, and being a trusted agent for our Company. The HR Specialist directly supports the Sr. HR Generalist & Generalist on executing HR-related issues and business practices for the HRx team and client partners.
Compensation: The range we have identified for this position is $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, plus benefits.
What are your responsibilities?
- Occasionally works on-site, occasionally on video, and over the phone with client partners.
- Act as the liaison between HRx Services and their client partners.
- Attend weekly Client Partner meetings to ensure a firm understanding of upcoming client work for the admin team.
- Produce and lead the day-to-day workflow by completing all administrative tasks.
- Assist Sr./HR Generalist in managing client workload.
- Conduct audits, including but not limited to, personnel files, I-9, policies, procedures, and handbooks for compliance with applicable legal requirements (both virtual and onsite).
- Create employee handbooks, job descriptions, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain HR data using various HR technology tools and systems for client partners and HRx as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client partner records in the customer relationship management system.
- Research, design, develop, and implement research projects on compensation, compliance, and client partner-specific projects.
- Develop complex reports, processes, and workflows and maintain data as requested for leadership.
- Under the direction of the Sr. Generalist, create training slide decks as required by client projects.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification within one year of employment
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
- At least two years of HR administrative, recruiting, benefit, or Specialist experience.
- At least two years of experience working in a client partner-facing role is highly preferred.
- To understand and apply federal and Colorado employment law, one must have at least two years of experience in a position.
Compensation and Benefits: HRx is a small, growing, and emerging company in its sixth year. We work hard and are proud to offer a competitive compensation plan which includes the following:
- Flexible Schedule. Within core business hours (between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. MT), you choose the best hours that work for you; core hours are 9 to 3 p.m.
- Virtual work environment. While some travel is necessary, your regular workspace will be up to you as long as it is in Colorado and you can commute for occasional client or team meetings, which are required monthly.
- 2 weeks (Accrued and utilization-based company usage policy).
