Overview:
The Acumatica Business Systems Analyst is responsible for optimizing and supporting the financial systems at HydroBuilder, with a particular focus on the Acumatica ERP platform. This role involves analyzing system requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the system meets the needs of the Finance department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Acumatica and a strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze current financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement system enhancements to optimize financial operations.
- Ensure the Acumatica ERP system is configured to meet business needs and objectives.
- Implementation and Support:
- Lead and participate in Acumatica ERP implementation projects.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Acumatica system.
- Ensure seamless integration of Acumatica with other business systems.
- User Training and Documentation:
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides.
- Provide user support and address any system-related queries.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Acumatica system.
- Develop and generate financial reports and dashboards as needed.
- Support the Finance department in data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure system compliance with financial regulations and standards (GAAP, IFRS).
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect financial data.
- Coordinate with IT to manage system updates and patches.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments to align system functionality with business needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience with Acumatica ERP is required.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, standards, and regulations (GAAP, IFRS).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
