What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrode Manufacturing Specialist position at HSAGP Energy?
HSAGP Energy is a joint venture between Hyundai Motor Group and SK On, aiming to establish an EV battery cell plant in Georgia. Our goal is to create a cutting-edge facility with an annual production capacity of 35 GWh, supporting the production of 300,000 EVs annually.
The new plant will be strategically located near Hyundai Motor Group's existing and planned U.S. facilities, adding to our presence in Georgia. We are committed to improving processes, efficiencies, yield, and quality as it relates to inventory, accounting, and tracking.
Job Description
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive initiatives to improve process efficiency and yield, reduce waste and production loss, and enhance overall productivity.
- Data Analysis and Process Improvement: Help develop and refine processes to increase the accuracy of ERP management system/database.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Math, Engineering, and Technology or Finance, or Accounting.
- 3 years of experience in electrode manufacturing, process engineering, or similar role within a manufacturing environment preferred.
