HSGI is looking for driven and self-motivated recruiters to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Sourcing, interviewing, presenting, and closing qualified candidates of all levels
Use staffing systems and tools including relational database applicant tracking systems, documenting actions in real-time
Placing up to 75 outbound calls per day
Utilize social networking, job boards and referrals to source additional candidates for job openings
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Provide EXCELLENT applicant and internal employee customer service
Manager multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Requirements:
Prior recruiting experience in the staffing industry or in a high-volume recruiting role
Microsoft Word, Excel, database or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Flexibility, confidence is KEY, courage, and accountability
Impeccable relationship building abilities
Experience with applicant tracking
Minimal travel may be required to industry conventions and/or job fairs
