Drug and Alcohol Technician

This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls, managing provider schedules, registering patients, arriving patients for appointments and general office administrative duties. Additionally, the colleague in this position can be trained to complete drug screening.

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Certification as an urine DOT substance testing collector within 90 days of employment is required.
• Certification as a breathe DOT substance testing collector within 90 days of employment is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of employment is required.
