The System Manager-Accountable Care serves as the programmatic and operational leader for value-based programs across HSHS to include Physician Enterprise, HSHS ACO, and the Physician Clinical Integration Network (PCIN). The role serves as lead facilitator among key stakeholders in program development to ensure effective implementation, compliance, and contractual arrangements to fulfill regulatory requirements, communication, and monitoring of designated programs. The leader has daily responsibility for oversight of the teams working in quality gap closure as well as clinical documentation integrity.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Administration, Nursing or related field is required.
  • High School Diploma plus 5 years leadership experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience Qualifications

  • 5 years of leadership experience is required.
  • Clinical experience or work within a health system is preferred.

Pay Range:

$39.60 - $59.40

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
