Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Front End Wheel Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating front end wheel loader on snow plow accounts. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment while contributing to the successful completion of plow sites.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as Front End Wheel Loader
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure plowing is done in a timely fashion.
- Safely plow job site.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with Caterpillar machinery.
- Familiarity with snow plowing.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Valid driver's license; additional certifications related to heavy equipment operation are a plus.
