Sales Rep Trainee Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- High energy, initiative-taking person with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and milestones.
- The candidate should have critical thinking skills.
- Ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure, have self-confidence, and be motivated to succeed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Sales Rep Trainee Responsibilities:
- Work with existing accounts and establish new customers to further develop business opportunities and potential sales.
- Monitor and assist with customer delivery and quality issues.
- Work directly with assigned Sales Representative to develop, organize, and execute marketing strategy objectives for real-time and relevant information on sales and distribution of solutions and components in order to keep our customers informed, optimize profits, and meet growth objectives.
- Assist with the creation of proposals, pricing, and quote decisions for current customers, and potential new customers moving forward. This may include the required follow-up, sales presentations, market research, scheduling, etc.
- Regularly analyze market conditions and sales statistics to determine opportunities to improve sales.
- Make recommendations to our team to respond to customer and market demands to maintain our competitiveness within the industry.
- Prepare monthly activity and results reports for each specific customer and distributor in the target region for Management review and collaboration.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
