- Prepare for new hire orientations in partnership with Learning & Development Manager
- Provide support for shared the onboarding inbox; manage rescheduling requests for onboarding meetings
- Provide back-up support for orientation sessions for new hires in conjunction with Vice President, Human Resources and Learning & Development Manager
- Participate in back-office efforts for new hire onboarding
- Assist with collecting required documentation from new and existing employees
- Conduct benefits overview sessions with new hires to educate them on benefits offerings
- Work with Vice President, Human Resources on benefits enrollment for new employees and processing enrollment changes for existing employees
- Collaborate with Vice President, Human Resources on employee engagement and team events throughout the year
- Conduct audit of HSO US job descriptions and postings; work with Vice President, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team to standardize and publish job descriptions and postings
- Provide support to Talent Acquisition and Vice President, Human Resources in partnership with legal team in work authorization pursuits for new and existing employees
- Perform weekly audits of time off recorded by employees, update time off balances in HRIS
- Respond to requests for letters of employment and verifications of employment with oversight from Payroll & Benefits Manager
- Work with Vice President, Human Resources to maintain compliance in required employment postings
- Partnering with Learning & Development Manager on performance management initiatives:
- Peer feedback tracking
- Consolidate and disseminate feedback to employees via various platforms
- Team engagement & participation surveys
- Tracking employee progress/completions for compliance trainings
- Assisting Learning & Development Manager as needed with ad-hoc training projects, coordination of remote training events, and support requests from the shared inbox
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers with scheduling interviews, demos, and booking onsite interview travel arrangements
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in Talent Acquisition -related workflows
- Troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to HR systems, software, and tools
- Maintain strong understanding of benefits offerings
- Perform employee file audits as directed by Vice President, Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms. Experience with BambooHR highly desired
- Knowledge of self-funded health benefits plans and related compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
