Pay: California Minimum Wage ($16.50/hour)
Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as Paintball and Airsoft Referees. As a referee, you will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our players, enforce game rules, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise paintball and airsoft games to ensure fair play and safety.
- Explain and enforce game rules and safety guidelines.
- Assist players with equipment setup and provide basic instructions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of playing fields and equipment.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic about paintball and airsoft sports.
- Reliable and hardworking, able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to enforce rules firmly and fairly.
- Prior experience in paintball, airsoft, or customer service is a plus but not required.
