As a Digital Fundraising Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing text fundraising programs by speaking directly with clients, deploying texts on various platforms, and analyzing data across multiple channels. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and deploy text fundraising campaigns using Tatango and other texting platforms
- Analyze past performances and apply the information for the success of future campaigns
- Use data segmentation to create separate audiences for text messaging campaigns
- Maintain a constant pulse on issues related to clients and their fundraising messaging
- Work collaboratively with copywriters, data providers, and accounting departments in order to drive client success and track toward established goals
Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, or related field
- Experience with SQL programing
- Ability to develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and key contacts
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Hunger for continuous learning and development
- Able to work in person at our office in Ashburn, VA
- Experience working for conservative non-profits or political campaigns is a plus
