Job Summary
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential property, ensuring efficient management and optimal tenant satisfaction.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations
- Handle lease agreements, rent collection, and evictions if necessary
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Utilize Real Estate administrative software such as OneSite for property management tasks
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Implement strategies to upsell additional services to tenants
- Resolve tenant issues and conflicts promptly and professionally
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations is a plus
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficiency in Real Estate administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills for tenant interactions and office collaboration

Pay: $49,135.00 - $57,593.00 per year
