Service Advisor

HTC Automotive Repair services all makes and models of vehicles and consistently provides high-quality work that encourages repeat business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry, such as a service advisor role, and possess a strong understanding of excellent customer service. Active listening and communication skills are essential for success in our dynamic environment.

Pay rate is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and evaluate their automotive service requirements, providing exceptional customer service throughout the interaction.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate automotive estimation and service documentation.
• Answer phones and determine customer needs, while managing service schedules.
• Maintain current knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry developments.
• Utilize Tek Metric software and other provided resources to create precise estimates for each customer.
• Facilitate sales of automotive services and products, contributing to the overall success of the shop.
• Maintain a clean and organized office space.
• Call automotive parts distributors not only to order parts but to find competitive prices on parts that benefits customer and company.
• ACE C1 service consultant certification strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
