Job Summary
This position will be located in the corporate office in Woodinville, Washington and is responsible for delivering administrative and specialized support to the Controller, Directors of Field Management, Human Resources, Safety and Compliance, and the accounting team. The Field Operations Administrator will support the Directors of Field Management including but not limited to coordination of field operations, scheduling, travel coordination, field reporting and maintaining compliance with safety protocol. The ability to manage time and priorities, pay attention to detail, strive to build and maintain strong relationships and use of best judgment and discretion are required.

Job Summary

The Field Operations Administrator will support the Directors of Field Management including but not limited to coordination of field operations, scheduling, travel coordination, field reporting and maintaining compliance with safety protocol. The ability to manage time and priorities, pay attention to detail, strive to build and maintain strong relationships and use of best judgment and discretion are required.
- Responsible for booking travel arrangements including air, hotel and vehicle rentals. This includes communicating travel arrangements with employees, and other pertinent details regarding the job.
- Beat individual project budget through efficient use of travel and expense on flights, hotels and travel time.
- Monitoring all reporting is completed in a timely manner by field personnel. This includes but is not limited to timecards, daily reports, expenses, DOT reports, hours, pre-task plans, inventory and Job Walk Completion forms.
- Submit monthly expenses and receipts through Concur.
- Monitor, evaluate and communicate to the Directors of Field Operations the performance of the field.
- Communicate effectively with the Directors of Field Operations and the office in daily operations.
- Follow up with field employees on any outstanding items required by the Safety and Compliance Officer and Human Resources.
Requirements, Qualifications, & Skills
- College Degree or Similar experience desired.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, writing and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Excels at operating in a fast-paced, community environment.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license along with reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States. HTI uses E-Verify.
