Job Summary
The Industrial Electrical Engineer Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our site electrical infrastructure. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced electrical engineer to lead the development and implementation of electrical systems and processes.
This includes:
- Designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and processes that meet industry standards and best practices.
- Managing and maintaining electrical infrastructure, including high-voltage systems, transformers, switchgears, and low-voltage control circuits.
- Coordinating with electrical contractors to plan and execute electrical installations and repairs.
- Ensuring compliance with NFPA, NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of electrical systems and processes.
- Maintain electrical infrastructure, including high-voltage systems, transformers, switchgears, and low-voltage control circuits.
- Collaborate with electrical contractors to plan and execute electrical installations and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong understanding of entire electrical infrastructure for a large industrial site.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
