Position Title: Sales Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will focus on face-to-face interactions with potential customers to introduce our diverse range of services and products across multiple companies. By highlighting the unique value and benefits we provide, the Sales Representative will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Engagement: Proactively meet with potential customers to introduce and promote the services and products offered by our group of companies.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the unique offerings of each company:
- HTM Contractors: Tree services, junk removal, and street sweeping.
- HTM Services Inc.: Residential and commercial maintenance services.
- HAWAII WORKS INC.: Specialized contracting services in demolition, excavation, site work, and concrete.
- HIWASTE MFG.: Manufacturing and sale of dumpsters and portable structures.
- HIDULAR: Innovative space capsule homes and related installation services.
- Firewood Hawaii: Locally sourced firewood and premium hardwood charcoal.
- Sales Process: Tailor pitches to address the specific needs of customers, emphasizing how our solutions align with their goals or challenges.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Work closely with the Integrator, Visionary, and Division Manager(s) to implement and refine sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales outcomes. Provide regular updates on progress to the Integrator, Visionary, and Division Manager(s) .
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B sales or service industries.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with construction, service contracting, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
- Transportation: Must have valid Hawaii drivers license
