Job Summary :
HTeaO is seeking a Restaurant Technology Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be
responsible for implementing and managing restaurant technology systems to support business
operations and growth.
Key responsibilities include :
Administer the Revel point of sale application.
Configuring, troubleshooting, and quality controlling technology systems.
Implementing program changes and new features.
Aligning technology solutions with business goals.
Managing system stability.
Providing training and support for technical teams and above-store partners.
Analyzing service incident trends to improve restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer and update the point-of-sale system, including menu updates, price changes, and
promotional changes.
Providing tier 3 technical support to all franchise and corporate locations.
Support related store systems such as POS, payment devices, KDS, Back Office, Labor
Management, 3rd party delivery applications, and online ordering.
Maintain strong system controls and user permissions.
Oversee and assist in the deployment of IT systems for all new store openings.
Create, maintain, and revise technical documentation.

Maintain and quality control Restaurant Technology systems and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business
Analyze service incident trends and recommend improvements.
Additional Responsibilities :
Assist 3rd party IT vendors with system issues.
Design and re-evaluate procedures to expedite problem resolution.
Ensure compliance with IT Policies and Procedures.
Perform and document system audits.
Maintain documentation on support procedures and standards.
Qualifications :
4 years with POS systems in a restaurant environment, preferably Revel or another
enterprise solution.
Expertise in IT for restaurants with over 100 locations.
Skilled in maintaining SLAs and support structures.
Familiar with PCI-DSS compliance.
Experienced in creating IT documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols.
Proficient with cloud-based POS systems and integrations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in teams.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Bachelors degree in IS or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience with Revel, Paytronix, and OlO preferred.
Apple iOS preferred.
