The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing virtual parts and assembly drawings using 3D CAD software, as well as proficiency in coding and software development.
Main Tasks:
- Prepare, execute, and document experiments in support of research objectives.
- Collaborate with research engineers and technicians to propose and conduct necessary modifications to test units.
- Support the design development of research test unit upgrades/modifications and assist research technicians in the construction process.
- Utilize codes and standards to specify required equipment and instrumentation associated with test unit upgrades/modifications.
- Develop comprehensive project budgets based on formal quotations from suppliers.
