HTSS has an opening for a QA tech at Samuel Adams Brewery.
Wednesday, Thursday Friday and every other Saturday : 5 : 15pm - 5 : 30am
21.75 / hr
Responsibilities
- Collect and conduct analysis of product at various stages along the production process as well as finished product to validate the integrity and meet quality standards / specifications.
- Analysis includes, but is not limited to : Alcohol, Color, Bu, Sugar, pH, Haze and VDK Analysis
- Perform operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment such as : Gas Chromatograph, Beer Alcolyzer, pH Meter, Spectrophotometer, Haze Meter, Atomic Absorption, digital gehaltemeter
- Must observe and practice all Brewery Safety Procedures. Includes wearing the proper PPE at all times on the Production Floor
