Position Summary
The printing press operator produces printed materials by following standard operating procedures, setting up, operating, adjusting and maintaining the printing equipment.

Duties
- Operation of flexographic press equipment
- Operation of table top and slitter rewinder machines
- Ability to color match using Pantone Color Guide
- Capable of running multi-color printing jobs with in-line die cutting
- Reliably set-up & clean-up printing jobs with minimal assistance
- Maintain production at 95% of documented quota rates
- Ability to align printing plates properly
- Ability adjust center lines to maintain print quality
- Adhere to documented Standard Operating Procedures
- Performs quality in line audit checks
- Performs press daily and weekly preventative maintenance
- Takes care of daily shop clean ups and maintain 6S organization
