Job Summary :
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Tukwila, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. With a focus on maintaining safety standards and optimizing production processes, you will be instrumental in driving our success.
Shifts for this role are available Sunday - Thursday, 3 : 00; PM - 11 : 30 PM. Experience in printing, cutting and / or packaging is highly desired.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery operates smoothly.
- Follow operational guidelines and procedures for safe and efficient machine operation.
- Operate mechanical or computer-operated equipment with precision and accuracy.
- Prepare machinery for daily use and conduct regular inspections for safety and performance.
- Train other team members on machinery operation and safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on equipment, inventory, and safety incidents.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
