What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Control (1st Shift) position at Hub Group?
At Hub Group you can be a part of a great team with primary responsibility for using a stand-up forklifts (Cherry Picker, Walkie Rider, or Reach Truck) to check/verify all product labels, names, and quantities being staged for production. Verify inventory and cycle count. You may also help with general warehouse duties. Inventory experience is a must!
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen including THC.
1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM Pay Rate: $18.50/HR

The successful candidate will:
- Have experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, reach truck, tow motor and/or electric pallet jack/walkie-rider. Be able to pass forklift certification test
- Inventory/Cycle count experience
- Pick cases by hand in addition to using forklift equipment (Load/unload, pick put away, consolidate and stage material)
- Be able to pass a post-offer drug & alcohol screen that includes THC.
- Lift a range of 5 lbs. to 50 LBS, cases consistently
- Enjoy working in a team environment
