Job Description
The Team Lead, Inventory Control overall responsibility for assisting with the management of inventory by tracking inbound and outbound shipments, finished goods materials, packaging supplies, etc. required in the warehousing and distribution of customer products. He / She is also responsible for cycle counting, researching
inventory discrepancies and transaction history. The Team Lead, Inventory control provides accounting support regarding inventory issues. The Team Lead, Inventory Control will have direct involvement with daily operations and future projects to assure activities support facility goals and objectives.
Shift Available : Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM
Pay Rate : $19.50 / HR Weekly Pay

Essential Functions :
Assist with the development and maintenance of inventory control systems that meet ongoing and future facility needs.Assist with the development and management of the facility cycle count program.Assist with the development and management of the inventory recoup / repack / recycle program.Assist with physical inventory.Provide floor support to Warehouse Team Leads and hourly employees regarding inventory issues.Cross train in other areas of the facility as needed.Provides support to the Warehouse Planner Coordinators and others to assure the warehouse and office is working in unison to provide 100 percent customer / client satisfaction for all shipments and receipts. Human Resources [01.05.2024]Maintain daily and / or monthly reports that are established to measure daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's. Organize and file all paperwork daily to ensure ease of access.May be required to operator machinery to complete tasks (for example : order picker, forklift, reach truck, cherry picker and / or pallet jack).Maintain inventory accuracy by product and location.All customer / client accounts must be given proper priority levels that allows for required level of operations, administrative support, appropriate contacts, and response to special requests.Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety. Follow all safety and security regulations and company guidelines.Complete all safety training within the specified timeframe, applying all appropriate actions.Utilize all tools and equipment as trained to do so, stopping when unsafe, utilizing Hub Group employee's Stop Work Authority.Regular attendance and timeliness are an essential function of the job. Overtime may be required.Any other duties and responsibilities as assignedMinimum Qualifications :
Have 1-3 years experience in inventory control.Have 1-3 years experience in LeadershipBe proficient with the use of a cherry picker and / or stock picker, stand and reach forklifts.Have strong computer skills, preferably with a WMS (Scale, SAP etc.)Be able to perform calculations involving adding, counting, subtracting, division and multiplication.Follow processes and work instructions.Have previous administrative experience and / or experience with office equipment.Be a high energy individual that is able to effectively communicate.BEWARE OF FRAUD!
