What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Services Admin position at Hub International?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations
Provides a high level of support to our Client Relationship Management staff including:
Issue and forward evidence of insurance to lending institutions
Order and follow up on policy change endorsements including review for accuracy
Check incoming policy change endorsements, and if accurate, forward to insured
Update client data in our Agency Management System
Maintain departmental carrier access for the Personal Lines Department
Reconcile and maintain Agency Management System Downloads
Cross Training on processes and systems as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred
Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Obtain a P&C insurance license within 6 months, prior Personal Lines experience preferred but not required
Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
Ability to work and contribute to a positive team environment
Organizational skills required and high attention to detail essential
Department Account Management & Service
Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: No Travel Required
Required Education: High school or equivalent
