Senior Human Resources Consultant – Cambridge MA
Contract to Perm - HYBRID (1 Day on Site each week)
60 / hr - $65 / hr - W2 Direct Candidates Only
- Provide strategic guidance, advice, and leadership to clients on all Human Resources related activities
- Coach and advise managers in orientation, performance management, employee engagement, retention, career development, and other HR related matters.
- Consult with and advise managers and employees on employee relations matters
- Work closely with managers and employees to mitigate human resources risks
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants to provide recruitment, selection and hiring actions
- Manage salary administration and internal equity for new hires, reclassifications and reorganizations.
- Arrange for and / or provide HR related training to clients / staff.
- Educate managers and supervisors on their obligations under the contract and how to work cooperatively with union representatives.
- Guide managers on workplace policies, procedures, and decisions to ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement
Qualifications include :
