General Description.
As an IT Applications Support Specialist with Vinci Construction, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for business applications while also managing ticket triage and queue maintenance for the application support team.
In this role, you will be responsible for user account administration, application troubleshooting, and triaging incoming tickets to ensure efficient resolution. You will work with users, IT team members, and vendors to resolve issues, streamline processes, and enhance system performance.
This is a 100% in-office role based in Winter Park, FL, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ticket Triage & Queue Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for application support requests, assessing and prioritizing tickets.
- Ensure tickets are assigned to the correct team members or redirected when necessary.
- Follow up with users and team members to keep the IT ticket queue up to date and prevent backlog.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support level or vendor as needed.
- User Account Administration
- Create, modify, reset, and deactivate user accounts for applications including, but not limited to, Adobe, AutoDesk, HeavyJob, HeavyBid, and E360.
- Maintain user access rights and permissions to ensure security and compliance.
- Manage account-related requests and resolve access issues promptly.
- Application Support (Level 1 & Level 2)
- Provide first and second-level support for applications including, but not limited to, Beekeeper, Oracle P6, GlobalSearch, and OneSpan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues for supported applications.
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Business Process & IT Support
- Perform routine IT tasks including, but not limited to:
- Resizing images for HR and other departments.
- Uploading HR files to SharePoint.
- Supporting the onboarding process for NatPay and Equifax.
- Help documenting and updating standard operating procedures for recurring IT support tasks.
- Perform routine IT tasks including, but not limited to:
Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth system operations.

- Desire to work with vendors on solutions and support
- Dependability and a willingness to learn is important for this role
Education and/or Experience.
- College degree related to information technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of IT application support experience

Work Environment. The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those that an Office Clerk encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Work generally is performed in an office environment, although periodic visits to construction sites and manufacturing facilities may be required.
- Noise level in the typical office work environment is quiet.
