Your Mission:
As the Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a critical transformation. Your leadership will drive our sales team to focus on strategic growth and optimize distributor relationships. By coaching, streamlining processes and maximizing selling time, you’ll be a catalyst for accelerating revenue growth and ensuring Hubbard-Hall’s long-term success.
What You’ll Do:
- Empower and Elevate the TAM Team:
- Coach team members to hone skills in account growth, time management and strategic selling.
- Train TAMs on upselling, cross-selling and pipeline optimization to maximize revenue potential.
- Monitor CRM adoption, track sales progress and shift the focus to high-value activities.
- Supercharge Sales Growth:
- Help TAMs prioritize key accounts and grow wallet share.
- Help to develop incentive programs that reward new business while fostering team collaboration.
- Enhance Distributor Relationships:
- Strengthen distributor partnerships with training, support, and strategic alignment.
- Drive sales through indirect channels by boosting distributor performance.
- Analyze and optimize distributor sales results to meet growth targets.
- Optimize Sales Operations:
- Collaborate with marketing and business development to arm the team with tools for success.
- Streamline procedures and refine reporting, pipeline management and customer handoff processes.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 7 years of B2B sales management experience (bonus points for industrial or chemical sales expertise.)
- Proven success in leading teams toward revenue growth and process improvement.
- Exceptional coaching, mentoring and leadership skills.
- A track record of managing distributor networks and indirect sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics and performance metrics.
