At Hubbard Peanut Company, we're nutty about our products and our people! For over 70 years, we've been delivering the finest quality peanuts to our customers. We're looking for a dynamic Customer Service Superstar to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:
- Order Entry Master: Process customer orders quickly and accurately, ensuring every peanut lover gets their perfect order.
- Phone Friendly: Answer phone calls with a smile (we can hear it through the receiver!) and assist customers with questions, orders, and product inquiries.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. Keep track of accounts and ensure their orders are fulfilled smoothly.
- Seasonal Staff Trainer: Lead and guide our seasonal team with training, ensuring they’re equipped to assist customers like a pro during peak times.
- Problem Solver: Address customer concerns and resolve any issues, ensuring each experience leaves them with a smile on their face.
- Peanut Product Guru: Be the go-to person for all things peanut-related! Knowledge of our products will be key to helping our customers make the best choices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills—both on the phone and in person.
- A love for multitasking and staying organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for getting things right.
- Previous customer service experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in food or retail)!
- Ability to stay calm, cool, and collected under pressure—especially during peak seasons.
- A positive attitude and the desire to make each customer interaction delightful.
