What You'll Do:
  • Champion Customer Experiences: Craft strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your day-to-day leadership will ensure that every customer interaction with Hubbell Gas is exceptional.
  • Streamline Operations: Oversee the order entry process, ensuring all transactions align with company standards and customer expectations. You'll tackle challenges head-on, from negotiating terms to optimizing our service delivery.
  • Drive Team Excellence: Lead by example and mentor your team in best practices and innovative customer service techniques. Your guidance will be key in fostering an environment of continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align on quotations, orders, and customer feedback, ensuring seamless service and proactive problem-solving.
  • Quality and Compliance Oversight: Maintain rigorous standards by reviewing and approving critical documents and processes, ensuring compliance with international trade agreements and audit requirements.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Educational Background: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in customer service, with a strong preference for candidates with international experience.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for business needs and work with diverse teams.

Decision-Making Authority:
  • Manage pricing and commercial risks within established guidelines.
  • Influence customer service procedures and policies.
  • Oversee the order entry process and quotation proposals.
  • Identify and address training needs and monitor team workflow.
