Position Summary
The Quality Control Intern will work cross functionally within the plant operations to validate existing and develop new procedures to improve the Quality Management System. Collaborate with the Quality team to refine and standardize key processes within the QMS to later assist in implementation. Lead the organization and transition to a cloud based QMS.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Work with different levels and departments of the organization. Format, update, and develop procedures. Organize and advance the site QMS. Lead the deployment of a cloud-based QMS at the site level. Assist in the internal audit program.
Specialized/Technical Knowledge Or Required Skills
Special projects: Learn and improve the internal audit processes.
Physical Requirements
Work may be in a shared office space; Split time between field work and office work
Must be able to work 5 days a week for 8 hours throughout the 10 week program.
