The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ink formulation and color matching, as well as experience with ink testing and quality control. PAY DOE, Full Benefits Package.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and mix inks to meet customer specifications
- Perform color matching and adjust formulas as needed
- Conduct ink testing and quality control to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Maintain inventory of ink supplies and order new materials as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ink Technician
- Strong knowledge of ink formulation and color matching
- Experience with ink testing and quality control
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
