We are seeking a Virtual Assistant Account Manager skilled in digital marketing and SEO to lead client projects strategically.
The Virtual Assistant Account Manager (AM) is a client-facing role responsible for strategic digital marketing and SEO initiatives, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high client satisfaction. The AM will collaborate with project managers, SEO strategists, and content teams to prioritize tasks, communicate client needs, and deliver impactful results.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing communications through Slack, Email, Chat, Asana, JIRA, ClickUp, and Google Meet (Video required) .
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM (PPC, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Programmatic), Social Ads, Email Marketing, and Link Building.
- Manage Content Strategy for SEO , including content calendar planning, formatting, and SEO optimization.
- Conduct CRO audits to improve client conversion rates (CVR).
- Define SEO Strategy and Roadmaps , working with SEO PMs to prioritize projects for performance and ranking.
- Perform CTR analysis using Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools for optimization.
- Use GA4 (Google Analytics 4) to analyze user intent and collaborate with Analytics Teams for customer journey monitoring.
- Leverage enterprise SEO tools like Lumar (Deepcrawl), Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Data Studio (Looker Studio) for insights and reporting.
- Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with clients via Google Meet to discuss performance and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to prioritize impactful tasks and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Communicate budget and staffing needs regularly with clients.
- Resolve conflicts effectively and maintain positive client relationships.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive-level clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies on time and within budget.
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell additional services.
