Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator & Training Specialist to join our growing team. This role will report to the HR Director and be responsible for supporting various HR functions, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and employee development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and excellent communication and training skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and Onboarding :
Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Design and deliver training programs for existing employees on topics such as sales and marketing training, communication, research, and professional development.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
