Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator & Training Specialist to join our growing team. This role will report to the HR Director and be responsible for supporting various HR functions, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and employee development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and excellent communication and training skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and Onboarding :
Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Develop and deliver engaging interview training programs for hiring managers, focusing on best practices for candidate assessment and selection.Conduct new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.Employee Training and Development :Design and deliver training programs for existing employees on topics such as sales and marketing training, communication, research, and professional development.
Identify training needs and develop customized training plans to address skill gaps.Create and maintain training materials, including presentations and online resources.HR Administration :Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, managing benefits, and responding to employee inquiries.Implement HR policies and procedures.Qualifications :
Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on training and development.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Key Skills and Competencies :
