Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator & Training Specialist to join our growing team. This role will report to the HR Director and be responsible for supporting various HR functions, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and employee development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and excellent communication and training skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment and Onboarding :

Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

  • Develop and deliver engaging interview training programs for hiring managers, focusing on best practices for candidate assessment and selection.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Training and Development :
  • Design and deliver training programs for existing employees on topics such as sales and marketing training, communication, research, and professional development.

  • Identify training needs and develop customized training plans to address skill gaps.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including presentations and online resources.
  • HR Administration :
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, managing benefits, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Interviewing Skills : Strong understanding of interview techniques and best practices.

  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making : Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make sound decisions.
