Title: LVN
Location: Claremore Indian Hospital (Claremore, OK 74017)
Salary: $35 per hour
Schedule: The nurse shall be available to cover both day and night, 8 and 12 hr. shifts Sunday-Saturday, weekends and holidays included.
Requirements;
1 Practical Nursing Diploma from a Vo-Tech school.
2 All nurses shall possess a current, valid, unrestricted LPN license within the Continental United States throughout the term of this contract.
3 Nurses shall possess a valid state driver’s license throughout the duration of this contract.
4 Nurses shall have the physical ability to perform assigned tasks, lift fifty (50) pounds, and are able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
