What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Identify and prioritize high-impact research opportunities aligned with business goals and user needs
Conduct foundational and tactical research studies to inform product strategy and evaluate user flows
Design and execute end-to-end research studies using qualitative methods such as interviews and usability testing
Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and collaborate with quantitative researchers
Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications) :
3 years of experience in user / UX research within consumer products or product development
Proficient in conducting in-depth interviews, usability testing, and concept testing
Experience with statistical analysis techniques and tools like R, STATA, or SPSS
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting findings
Must have an online research portfolio or PDF showcasing relevant work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience with behavioral segmentation or persona development
Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
UX / UI design experience
