Your Role
As Senior Director of Hardware Product Management, you and your team will help define the future of the Hudl hardware portfolio, which includes cameras, wearables and other accessories. You’ll help determine what success looks like for your business unit, team or product, and work across functions and departments to achieve that success.
In this role, you will be asked to :
- Create a product strategy and vision . You’ll work with your leadership team to create a coherent product strategy and vision for the hardware product lines, connecting that to the wider company strategy.
- Lead continuous improvement. You’ll help improve delivery capability and enable the team to scale across a broad surface area.
- Collaborate. You’ll foster communication between business units, challenging the status quo when necessary. You’ll lead Engineering and Design in making decisions that balance cost, timeline and customer benefit. You’ll also work with Marketing to develop and support go-to-market plans.
- Advocate for the product. You’ll establish mutual respect and trust with each stakeholder, including Hudl’s senior leadership. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers and our business needs.
- Motivate. You’ll inspire your direct team of Product Managers and any other teams in the company who contribute to the product (Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, etc).

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is displayed below, and may be eligible for bonuses which are offered at Hudl‘s sole discretion. Where a candidate is placed within this base salary range is determined by experience, skills, education and training required for the job as well as our internal pay equity. Discretionary bonuses, if awarded, may include annual targets based on company performance and a long-term incentive award.
Base Salary Range : $190,000 - $265,000 USD
