Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Spanish-speaking Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This in-office position is based in a non-smoking work environment near 6th and Simms in Lakewood, CO, with a Mon-Fri schedule. As a Human Resource Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive workplace culture. You’ll be responsible for payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance while providing top-tier support to both employees and leadership. In collaboration with regional and community managers, you’ll help implement HR policies, manage onboarding and training programs, and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational success.

Total Compensation range depending on experience : $62,000 to $73,000, which includes a quarterly monetary incentive program to compensate for company performance
What You Will Be Doing
- Be the go-to HR person for employees
- Process payroll every two weeks, making sure hours, deductions, and paychecks are accurate and follow the rules
- Help create a positive work environment by addressing concerns and guiding employees on company policies
- Handle hiring tasks like posting job ads, reviewing and screening applications, and setting up interviews
- Make onboarding smooth for new hires and assist with exit processes when employees leave
- Keep employee records organized and ensure sensitive information stays private
- Manage HR programs like health benefits, 401k benefits, payroll coordination, and leave requests
- Help create and enforce company policies to stay in line with employment laws
- Organize and track employee training
- Assist with workplace safety programs and report any incidents
- Work with management to plan team-building activities and employee engagement efforts
- Pitch in with general office tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment

You bring at least 3 years of Human Resources and a minimum of one year payroll experience
You have the ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with our employees
