Excela Protect, a high-velocity finance and insurance (F&I) provider in the automotive industry, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our growing finance team. The Accounting Clerk will work closely with the Accounting Manager and be charged with processing transactions, maintaining accounts receivable and payable accounts, and supporting the month-end close process. The Accounting Clerk will play a pivotal role within the Finance team and the daily transactional accounting responsibilities will provide collaboration and exposure to multiple aspects of accounting in a fast-growing business. Who are we looking for?
- Career-minded professional with some Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong excel and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within teams, and a high attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a business-related field or 2 years prior relevant experience.
- High level verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- QuickBooks/Accounting Software experience is a plus.
