Hudson Automotive is one of the fastest growing auto dealer groups and management companies in the Southeast U.S. The primary role of this position will be to communicate with Internet clients by email, phone, and text to generate appointments and opportunities for sales staff on both new and pre-owned vehicles. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding new and pre-owned vehicles, or other online requests, in a timely and professional manner.
- Field phone calls and chat requests from Internet clients.
- Set sales appointments with clients and coordinate scheduling with management and sales consultants.
- Follow-up with new and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate additional opportunities.
- Utilize dealership CRM system to keep accurate records of all daily incoming and outgoing communication with clients, as well as schedule future follow-up.
- Have thorough knowledge of dealership products, inventory availability, services, and processes.
- Meet or exceed regular performance goals given by the Internet Business Development Manager.
- Maintain the high standard of excellence in customer service, set by Lexus of Dayton and the Lexus brand.
