Hudson HEAT Head Age Group Coach
Hudson Explorers Aquatic Team, a year round USA Swim club that is a 6 year Bronze Medal Club, is seeking a highly motivate and driven coach to lead a growing age group program. HEAT has 250-300 members and is one of the top clubs in the Lake Erie LSC. The club has swimmers ranging from beginners to Olympic Trials qualifiers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of coaching experience with age group swimmers and have the ability to work with the Head coach as well as manage part time assistant coaches. HEAT is a part of Hudson Community Education & Recreation (HCER) and the Hudson City School District and pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Required
- 3 years of experience as a USA Swim coach
- USA Swimming certifications
- Positive and well-organized
- Extensive understanding of swimmer development and stroke technique
- A team leader and one that values the team concept
