Responsibilities of the Lead Patient Coordinator/Concierge:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information about dental procedures and services.
- Assist in the implementation of patient retention strategies and promotional events.
- Oversee the front desk operations, including managing patient flow, and processing payments.
- Foster a welcoming and warm environment for patients, making them feel valued and comfortable with an exceedingly high level of hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office or related healthcare setting is not required.
- Hospitality or customer facing experience encouraged.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
