Hedge Fund Sr. Associate/Manager, Back Office Operations
$125-200k Base Bonus
Hybrid, 3-4 Days in Office

Our client is a multi-strategy hedge fund with over $3billion in AUM. They are seeking a Back Office Sr. Associate/Manager to join the team and help with overall operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing support to operations related to the trade life cycle and portfolio
- Providing investor and fund services as needed
- Ensuring accurate accounting records, and associated reporting
- Liaising with Audit, Tax, and Compliance to ensure compliance with ongoing regulatory requirements
- Improving overall systems and processes for back office operations
- Providing expertise and serving as a thought leader to internal and external stakeholders
- Other ad hoc projects as needed
Ideal candidate has their Bachelor's degree, and 7 years' previous experience in back office operations from a mid-sized/large hedge fund. Previous experience managing a small team a PLUS.
