Our client is a leading hedge fund dedicated to delivering superior investment performance through cutting-edge strategies and world-class talent. They are seeking an experienced Campus Recruiter to drive their university recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on all facets of full cycle recruiting, such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing processes, and negotiating compensation.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with the firm’s hiring needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key universities, career services, faculty, and student organizations.
• Plan and coordinate campus events, career fairs, networking sessions, and internship programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of campus recruiting efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain and track a pipeline of top student talent through applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR function within financial services, consulting, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of the hedge fund industry and its talent landscape.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive recruitment decisions.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
• Willingness to travel to target universities and recruitment events as needed.
