What You’ll Be Doing
As a Multi-Site Community Manager, you’ll be an integral leader responsible for:
- Making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and team members every day
- Leading with purpose – coaching, mentoring, and celebrating your team’s contributions and tenure
- Cultivating genuine resident relationships, ensuring excellent customer experiences from first tour to final farewell
- Overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including leasing, financial reporting, maintenance coordination, and resident retention
- Ensuring exceptional property presentation through curb appeal and cleanlines
- Driving performance metrics, including occupancy, renewals, rent growth, unit turn timelines, and delinquency management
- Participating in recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team member
- Contributing to the design and execution of employee and resident retention strategies
- Performing other duties as needed to support the success of your communities

What You Bring to the Role
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in property management, with 2 years in a multi-site role
- Strong supervisory background with proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- A thorough understanding of fair housing laws, lease administration, and resident lifecycle management
- Tech-savviness and proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) and property management systems such as Yardi & Rent Café
- A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
